1. Overview

DevRequest provides pre-vetted senior software engineering talent matching services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Placement Fee Structure

Our standard placement fee is a flat 20% of the candidate's first-year base salary upon successful hire. No upfront fees are required to request candidate profiles.

3. 90-Day Replacement Guarantee

If a placed developer leaves or is terminated for performance reasons within 90 days of their start date, DevRequest will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee.

4. Vetting & Anti-AI Verification

All candidates undergo rigorous anti-AI code verification, manual architectural audits, and open-source contribution reviews prior to intro placement.
